Our inpatient hospice team is composed of:

  • Team Manager
  • Physician
  • Hospice Nurse
  • Social Worker

  • Bereavement Specialist

These care professionals work collaboratively to assess the patient’s condition and help them manage acute, complex, or uncontrolled symptoms brought about by their illness, which are not often executable at home.

Inpatient hospice care can be provided in a hospital, nursing facility, and free-standing hospice homes that are equipped with all the tools needed to render round-the-clock clinical care and support.
